Complaints/Compliments Procedure.

 All Gymspiration clubs will obviously have a Club Welfare Officer you can reach at any time if for any reason you do not want to approach a coach about an issue.  Please ask a member of staff or see you  membership handbook or you club's website.

Alternatively please feel free to email your club's Manager/Head Coach.  They will then forward your concerns to the committee.
